Tina Williams

Ms. Williams is a licensed real estate broker with a distinguished background in affordable housing management that spans more than 30 years and over 10,000 units managed. She served as President and Director of the California Council for Affordable Housing where she played an active role in promoting changes in State and Federal legislation to promote the needs of affordable housing participants. She has had the honor of receiving the Rental Housing Industry Award from the Human Rights/Fair Housing Commission of the City and County of Sacramento for her contribution to providing accessible housing to individuals with a disability.
