Yasser Alshami

Yasser Alshami currently serves as the Director of Strategy and Transformation at AWJ Holding Company, a position held since May 2019, while also being a Board Member at Red Malls since September 2024. Prior experience includes role as GM of Strategy and Transformation at the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF) from December 2017 to May 2019, where responsibilities involved implementing the Iskan Program Initiatives under Vision 2030 and collaborating with the Ministry of Housing. Yasser has held various positions at Ewaan Global Residential Company, including Director of Administration and Support and Strategy and Transformation Manager, from October 2011 to December 2017. Earlier career experience includes working at Aljazira Capital as Assistant Manager in the Strategy & Business Development Division and at Bank Aljazira as Projects Officer for Strategic Initiatives. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Umm Al-Qura University.
