Daniël Bottema is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and engineering. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager for Intralogistics at AWL since January 2021, Daniël oversees the development of advanced robotic systems and the AWL CZ organization, focusing on quality production and operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Stella Fietsen and various positions at AWL-Techniek, ranging from Manager of Research & Development to Project Manager. Daniël began a career at AXION Valley / BERG Toys as a Project Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from NCOI and degrees in Marketing Management and Industrial Engineering.
