Jaqueline Medina began their work experience in 2018 as a Front Desk Receptionist at Option One Consulting Engineers, where they worked until 2019. Jaqueline then moved on to Sullivan Law & Associates as a Front Desk Receptionist from 2019 to early 2020. In 2020, they started working at Verizon Wireless Corporate Office as a Front Desk Receptionist for a brief period before transitioning to AWM. At AWM, Jaqueline held multiple roles, starting as a Junior Support Technician from April 2020 to December 2021. Jaqueline then became an Enhanced Technical Support Specialist from January to May 2022, and is currently working there as a Data Associate.

Jaqueline Medina pursued their undergraduate studies at UC Irvine from 2014 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Additionally, from 2015 to 2019, they specialized in Gender & Sexuality Studies within the field of Humanities/Humanistic Studies at UC Irvine. In 2019, Jaqueline participated in a study abroad program called "Made in Italy: Language, Culture, Food and Business" in Florence, although this program did not result in a specific degree or field of study. Later, in 2020 to 2021, Jaqueline attended the Nucamp Coding Bootcamp, where they obtained a certification as a Full Stack Web Developer in April 2021.
