Jonathan Dubin

Jonathan Dubin, MHA, serves as an Analytics Associate in Clinical Analytics at Oscar Health since August 2021, focusing on NCQA's HEDIS, STARS, and quality improvement initiatives while utilizing Kubernetes scripting to improve operational efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a HEDIS Analyst at Oscar Health and an Analyst for Value Based Initiatives at Centene Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder collaboration. Jonathan also held positions in provider relations, including business analysis and internship roles at WellCare Health Plans of NY and MetroPlus Health Plan, where skills in data management and process improvement were developed. Jonathan holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from Rutgers University.
