Mikhail Motso (Mike)

Mikhail (Mike) Motso currently holds the position of T.P.M. Manager at AWNEX, Inc. since January 2022. Prior to this, Mikhail has extensive experience in various roles at Sharpe Mixers since 1996, including Production Manager, Shop Foreman, Welding Foreman, and Welder. With a Welding Program Certification from South Seattle College, Mikhail has demonstrated expertise in efficiently designing and fabricating tooling fixtures, training employees, and maintaining welding equipment to ensure the production of quality products.
