Sara Fornasiero

Sara Fornasiero has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2016 when they started as a Free Lance for Sustainability Corporate Governance Risk Management. Sara then became an Advisor in Sostenibilità e Corporate Governance in the same year. In 2018, they became a Regular Auditor for Leonardo and a Chair of the Board of Statutory Auditors and Chair of the Surveillance Body (OdV 231) for Gruppo Mondadori. In 2019, they were a Chair of the Surveillance Body (OdV 231) and a Regular Auditor for TECNOMAT, and a Regular Auditor for MBDA. In 2020, they became the Segretaria del Comitato Sostenibilità for FILA - FABBRICA ITALIANA LAPIS ED AFFINI S.p.A. In 2022, they became an Independent Board Director for AWorld, a Sindaco Effettivo for Fondazione CONAD ETS, and a Presidente Collegio Sindacale for Leroy Merlin.

Sara Fornasiero obtained their Laurea V.O. in Economia (Business & Economics) from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore between 1987 and 1992. Prior to that, they earned their Baccalauréat à Option Internationale from the Lycée International Saint Germain en Laye between 1982 and 1986.
