Jarrod Wachter

Jarrod Wachter is the current COO at AWP. Jarrod has over 20 years of experience in the utility construction industry. Jarrod started their career as a region manager at Asplundh Construction Corp. in February 2010. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the company's operations in the Midwest region. In July 2005, they were promoted to VP of Operations at Midwest Electric. In this role, they were responsible for leading the company's operations in the Midwest region. In February 2012, they were appointed to the UtiliCon Safety Leadership Team (SLT). In this role, they were responsible for designing, creating, and implementing policies and practices to achieve world-class safety.

Jarrod Wachter graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management Information Systems.
