Rosa Graves

Rosa Graves, SHRM - SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rosa currently holds the position of Regional Human Resources Director at AWP Safety since February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Shearer's Snacks from November 2020 to February 2022. From October 2019 to November 2020, they served as the Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at FUJIFILM Electronic Materials U.S.A., Inc.

Rosa also has extensive experience in the field of human resources at Arizona Nutritional Supplements (ANS), where they held multiple roles including Director of Human Resources from March 2014 to September 2019, Human Resources Manager from July 2012 to March 2014, and Human Resources Generalist from October 2011 to July 2012.

Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Generalist at Sun Devil Fire & Security from September 2010 to October 2011. Rosa also served as a Bi-lingual HR Benefits Advisor at Xerox from 2008 to 2010 and as an HR Team Lead at Target from 2006 to 2008.

Rosa Graves received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Journalism, with a minor in Sociology, from the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 2004. In 2014, they also obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
