Arun Sugumaran

Arun Sugumaran has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry. Arun began their career in 2008 as an Investment Analyst at Lendlease, where they worked on research, financial modelling, business case preparation and investor reporting. In 2010, they moved to JLL as a Senior Analyst, providing transaction management services to Deutsche Bank. In 2011, Arun joined Savills as a Senior Manager Regional Capital Markets. In 2014, they were appointed Associate Director, Capital Markets, Asia Pacific at Cushman & Wakefield - Formerly DTZ. In 2017, Arun founded Hedge Real Estate, a real estate agency with a unique team of successful business owners, real estate experts and technology leaders. In 2020, Arun became an Entrepreneur at Antler and Co-Founder, CEO at AWST.

Arun Sugumaran studied at Victoria School (Singapore) from 1996 to 1999. Arun then attended Victoria Junior College from 2000 to 2001. Finally, they obtained a B.Sc Real Estate from the National University of Singapore between 2004 and 2008. In November 2017, they also obtained a Key Executive Officer certification from the Council For Estate Agencies of Singapore (CEA).
