Marieke Mulder

Marieke Mulder is an experienced professional in the fields of inclusive labor markets and social innovation, currently serving as an Adviseur inclusieve arbeidsmarkt at werkgeversvereniging AWVN since January 2023. Marieke has been involved with De Normaalste Zaak since October 2016, first as Verbinder and later as Regiocoördinator, where responsibilities included organizing discussions and fostering regional networks to enhance employment opportunities. As a ZZP-er at Mulder Training & Advies since January 2015, Marieke develops and implements training and advisory services on labor participation and inclusive entrepreneurship. Previously, Marieke held roles including Bureaumanager at MVO Nederland and Projectleider at CNV Jongeren, focusing on supporting young people's interests in the labor market. Marieke began a career in HRM at Aveant B.V. and holds a Master's degree in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree in People & Organization from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
