Nicole Homburg

Nicole Homburg is a seasoned HR and Labour Relations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR & Labour Relations Consultant at werkgeversvereniging AWVN since January 2017, Nicole previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at ENGIE E&P Nederland B.V., where responsibilities included overseeing HR for the largest partner of the Dutch government in the North Sea oil and gas sector. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at Cargill and Head of Personnel at Wintershall, among others. Nicole's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in MER Economy-Law from Haagse Hogeschool Den Haag and a VWO diploma from Rijksscholengemeenschap Meppel.
