Sebastian Ho

Sebastian Ho is an experienced social worker with a diverse background in community health and program management. Currently serving as Assistant Manager at AWWA Ltd since October 2021, Sebastian has progressed to the role of Senior Community Home and previously held the position of Senior Social Worker within the Community Resource, Engagement and Support Team (CREST). Prior experience includes a managerial role at the National Council of Social Service, where responsibilities included refreshing service standards and stakeholder management. At Montfort Care, Sebastian advanced through several positions, focusing on eldercare, mental health, and program management, particularly within the Goodlife initiative. Sebastian holds a Graduate Diploma in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from the National University of Singapore.
