Liz Masongsong-Gapunuan

Liz Masongsong-Gapunuan is an experienced administrative and operations professional with a robust career spanning over 18 years in various roles within the real estate and educational sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Administration at AX CAPITAL Real Estate since September 2022, Liz previously held the position of Operations Manager at D&B Properties from January 2020 to August 2022, and Office and Admin Manager at Allsopp & Allsopp for over a decade. Earlier career experiences include roles as an Accounting Assistant at UK Capital Investments Group and Accounts Assistant at LEDESCO Development Corporation, alongside work as a Classroom Teacher at San Guillermo Academy. Liz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Teachers Education from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2004.
