Omar Benali

Omar Benali has extensive experience in the insurance and consulting industries, currently serving as the Head of B2B2C Insurance Partnerships & Business Development at AXA Assurance Maroc since March 2011. Benali's responsibilities include developing and managing partnerships with car manufacturers and importers. Previously, Benali held various roles at AXA, including Senior Internal Auditor, where oversight of regulatory and operational audits was key. As HR Manager, Benali established AXA Academy to enhance training across departments, achieving notable success rates in preparing candidates for insurance intermediary exams. Earlier career experiences also include underwriting roles, consultancy in multiple sectors, and positions in telecommunications engineering. Benali holds a degree in Information and Communication Technologies from Ecole des Mines d'Alès and has pursued several professional qualifications in auditing and human resources management.
