Dave Chak

Dave Chak has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Senior Lead for Talent Acquisition at AXA Hong Kong and Macau since May 2016, having previously held positions as Lead and Manager in the same department. Prior to AXA, Dave worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Standard Chartered Bank, focusing on Financial Markets, Corporate Finance, and Financial Crime Compliance, and as a Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations Specialist at Dextra Group. Earlier career roles include Senior Consultant at Crossings Executive Search and Consultant at Lloyd Morgan Hong Kong Limited, alongside a foundational role as a Licensing Services Representative at PCI Geomatics. Dave holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Waterloo.
