Vinci Poon

Vinci Poon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and API management, currently serving as the Data & API Platform Lead at AXA Hong Kong and Macau since January 2020. In this role, Vinci has established CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, overseen a scrum team, and contributed to data integration projects. Previously, as Assistant Manager in the same domain, Vinci facilitated the migration of data platforms to Azure Cloud, managing a team of 20 offshore developers. From April 2015 to January 2020, Vinci held positions at IBM as a Data Application Consultant and Web Application Consultant, where responsibilities included project delivery management and offshore team collaboration. Earlier experience includes IT & Multimedia Coordination at Excellence Publication Company Ltd and Android Programming at Cloud Pillar Limited. Vinci holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Higher Diploma in Electronic and Information Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
