Maria Vicent Ferrando has been with AXA since September 2015, currently serving as the Head of P&C Risk Management. Maria ensures entities practice proper underwriting and pricing for sustainable growth, identifies and quantifies potential risks, and looks for ways to improve risk management beyond regulatory requirements. Maria has also held roles such as Executive Assistant of Chief Technical & Business Officer, P&C Retail Manager, and Senior Actuary in various short-term assignments. Prior to AXA, Maria worked at Management Solutions as a Manager and Senior Consultant on pricing, reserving, and risk modeling projects. Maria holds a Master's degree in Business Consulting from Comillas Pontifical University and a Licentiate degree in Mathematics from the University of Valencia.
