Linden Thomson

Linden Thomson, CFA, currently serves as a Senior Fund Manager for the Biotechnology and Oncology Funds at Candriam since February 2024. Previously, Linden was with AXA Investment Managers from June 2011, overseeing the AXA IM Framlington Biotech Fund, which grew over tenfold to approximately £500 million in assets under management, and held roles as Head of the Healthcare Franchise and a member of the UK Executive Committee. Prior to AXA, Linden was a Junior Partner at Clear River Capital LLP, contributing to fund setup and investment decisions during the global financial crisis, and started the career as an Analyst/Associate at Goldman Sachs, focusing on biotech within the Global Investment Research team. Linden holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Medical Microbiology from The University of Edinburgh.
