Simone Innocenti

Simone Innocenti has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Simone currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources, Organization and Culture Officer at AXA Italia. Prior to this, they had various roles within AXA, including Director of Human Resources for European Markets and CHRO Italy, Head of HR, Communication & Corporate Responsibility for Emerging Markets, and Global Head of Talent & Development. Before joining AXA, they served in leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, Mattel, Inc., and Unilever. Throughout their career, Simone has demonstrated expertise in HR management, organization development, change management, and talent development.

Simone Innocenti completed their undergraduate degree in Law at Università di Pavia from 1988 to 1993.
