Thales Chieco is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology management across various sectors. Currently serving as Superintendente de TI at AXA no Brasil since January 2024, Thales previously held the position of IT Manager at GOL Linhas Aéreas from January 2021 to January 2024, focusing on DEV Engineering and Innovation. Prior to that, Thales worked at Tokio Marine Seguradora S/A for 18 years, advancing from IT Manager overseeing digital initiatives like portals and mobile applications to roles as IT Coordinator and Systems Analyst specializing in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence.
