Simona Metea is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in the airline and travel industry. Currently serving as Sales Director at AXA Partners Central & Eastern Europe since September 2022, Simona has held significant positions at Blue Air as Partner Sales Director and Sales Manager for Romania, as well as at TAP Portugal as Sales & Marketing Manager for Romania. Earlier in their career, Simona worked as Key Accounts Manager at Austrian Airlines and Sales Manager at Malev Hungarian Airlines. Educational qualifications include a Fast Track MBA from the Bucharest International School of Management, a Master's in Communication & Public Relations from the National School of Political & Administrative Studies, and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
