Cathryn Smullen

Cathryn Smullen currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at AXA Partners, where responsibilities also include being the VP of Global Operations Centres and Site Leader of AXA Partners CLP Ireland, a position held since July 2016. Prior experience includes various leadership roles at Genworth from 2005 to June 2016, such as VP Business Architecture and VP Operations. Cathryn's career began at Kerry Group, where positions included Regional Financial Controller and Assistant Group Treasurer from 1999 to 2005, and at Hamill Spence O'Connell as Audit Senior from 1995 to 1999. Cathryn holds a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University.
