Johanna Helminen

Johanna Helminen currently serves as Operations Manager for Nordics and Deputy Head of Operations at AXA Partners, leading the NORCEE-NAUKI Shared Services team and managing key client relationships and service deliveries at the Helsinki service hub. With previous roles that include interim Operations Manager for Denmark, Premiums Manager for Finland, and Operations Manager for Norway, Johanna has extensive experience in customer operations, claims handling, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior to AXA Partners, Johanna held the position of Team Leader at Genworth, responsible for claims and premiums services, and worked as a Leading Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at Orton Rehabilitation, coordinating rehabilitation services. Johanna's academic qualifications include a Postgraduate Degree in International Business from Henley Business School and various studies in leadership, business administration, and sociology from notable institutions.
