Alison Hughes

Alison Hughes is an experienced Payroll Manager with a strong background in managing payroll processes. Currently serving as Payroll Manager for XL Catlin since October 2014, Alison oversees payroll for approximately 1600 staff through the Oracle payroll system. In addition, Alison holds the position of Regional Payroll Manager at AXA XL, a role also started in October 2014. Prior experience includes serving as the Payroll Compensation and Benefits Manager at Anglo Irish Bank where Alison managed payroll and HR queries, and as UK Compensation and Benefits Manager at Kaupthing Singer and Friedlander, along with earlier roles in office management. Educational background includes attendance at Hyland School in Chelmsford.
