Hatti Hartman

Hatti Hartman, CPP, has extensive experience in payroll management and administration. Currently serving as Regional Payroll Manager and previously as Senior Payroll Analyst at Silicon Labs since October 2006, Hatti is responsible for payroll processes for over 800 employees in the US and Canada, overseeing biweekly payments and various payroll-related tasks. Hatti contributed significantly to the Oak Hill Youth Sports Association from February 2002 to August 2017 in various roles including Past President, Board Member, and Coach, while fostering a strong sense of community among volunteers. Prior experience includes administrative roles at Freescale Semiconductor and Motorola from 1992 to 2005, demonstrating a solid foundation in organizational support. Hatti holds an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Austin Community College, completed in 2008.
