Ashish Tandon

Ashish Tandon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accounting operations and reinsurance, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Regional Accounting Operations - Ceded Reinsurance at AXA XL since September 2018. Tandon's career at XL Group spans over 15 years, during which responsibility for the India operations of the Ceded Reinsurance team was successfully managed, including oversight of policy setup, claims, technical accounting, and financial analysis.
