Donna Nadeau

Donna Nadeau has over two decades of experience in the insurance industry, predominantly with AXA XL from November 2003 to May 2024, where roles included Head of Large Commercial, Americas, Chief Underwriting Officer, Americas, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director of the XL Leadership Council, Chief Pricing Actuary for North America, and Vice President. Prior to AXA XL, Donna worked at Kemper Insurance as Vice President from April 2001 to October 2003. Donna holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from Boston College.
