Mike Saltis

Mike Saltis has over two decades of experience in IT management, currently serving as Regional IT Service Manager for the Americas at XL Catlin since December 2003. Previous roles at XL Catlin include IT Service Manager for the Northeast Division and Assistant Vice President of Field Services Engineering. Prior to joining XL Catlin, Mike worked at Health Net as Manager of Technology Support from 1995 to 2003. Mike holds an MBA in Management Information Systems from Sacred Heart University, completed between 1998 and 2000, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut, earned from 1987 to 1992. Additional training was received from Global Knowledge.
