Trey Weunski

Trey Weunski, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an IT Business Analyst specializing in Human Capital Management at Colonial Group, Inc., since August 2025. Prior to this role, Trey worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Higley Construction from April 2023 to August 2025, where responsibilities included optimizing the Dayforce HCM system and implementing various modules to enhance operational efficiency. As a Human Resources Specialist in the same company, Trey led the successful implementation of an Applicant Tracking System to improve hiring processes. Earlier experience includes an internship as General Manager at The Cleveland Jet Center, where Trey developed a comprehensive staffing strategy and contributed to event planning and regulatory compliance.
