Kaixing Shen

Kaixing Shen is currently a Strategic Change contributor at AXA, supporting the transformation of the Life & Health Knowledge Center. With a Master's degree in Management from Louvain School of Management and a non-degree focus on Chinese Language and Culture from Fudan University, Kaixing has a diverse background in economics and international business. Previous roles include Trade Assistant at the Wallonia Export & Investment Agency, where they supported Belgian companies' expansion into Taiwan, and a Marketing, Communication, and IT position with Academics for Development, enhancing skills in social media and teamwork. Fluent in English, French, and Chinese, Kaixing is passionate about business development, international trade, and cross-cultural communication.
