Niklas Prinz

Niklas Prinz serves as the IT Chapter Lead in Business Requirements Engineering for Life at AXA since April 2022, where responsibilities include comprehensive recruiting for the personal insurance sector and agile roles, as well as cross-departmental activities in Active Sourcing and Internship areas. Niklas also participates in AXA's mentoring program. Prior to this role, Niklas was the Teamlead IT-Recruiting and worked in various recruiting positions at DIE TECHNOLOGEN IT & ENGINEERING GmbH from January 2017 to April 2022. Niklas holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in German and European Business Law with a focus on Human Resources from Universität Siegen.
