Sandrine Girszyn

Sandrine GIRSZYN is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within AXA and its divisions. Currently serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at AXA headquarters since April 2023, Sandrine previously held multiple key positions including Chief Human Resources Officer for APAC and Europe at AXA XL from July 2018 to April 2023, and Head of HR for France at AXA Corporate Solutions from January 2017 to July 2018. Sandrine's career at AXA began in October 2007, progressing through various HR development and business partnering roles. Prior to AXA, Sandrine worked at Beijaflore, Lb Developpement, and Opteaman in HR and training capacities. Educational qualifications include a certification in Global Executive Coaching from HEC Paris, a Master 2 in HR from University Paris 12, a BTS in commercial studies from Ecole nationale de commerce, and training in individual coaching from International Mozaik.
