Sarah Sexton

Sarah Sexton is an experienced HR and process transformation leader currently serving as the HRIS Program Director at AXA, where the focus is on modernizing HR practices through a three-year transformation program. Prior roles at AXA include Executive Manager of Global Process Operations and various program director positions, where responsibilities encompassed process excellence, organizational change, and service management. Before joining AXA, Sarah held managerial roles at gedas and other organizations, focusing on project management and quality assurance. Sarah holds an MBA from the International Management Centre, a Diploma in Personnel Management from the University of Leeds, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of York.
