Simon Hitchcock

Simon Hitchcock currently serves as the Service Design Head at AXA Global Business Services, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Simon was with Zurich Insurance from June 2016 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading Capability Building Initiatives and overseeing Shared Services Excellence, contributing to significant growth in organizational capabilities.
