Verónica Rangel

Verónica Rangel is currently the Complaints Management Director at AXA México, a position they have held since 2018. They previously worked at AXA as the Director of Operations and Processes in the P&C LoB and held roles such as Head of Internal Audit and Issuance Operations Director. Earlier in their career, Verónica served as an internal auditor at both ING and PwC. They enhanced their leadership skills through the Programa de Direccion D1 at IPADE Business School from 2019 to 2020.
