Lovisa Carling has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lovisa currently works as a Frontend Developer consultant at Axakon, where they primarily focus on rebuilding existing structures, developing and implementing new features, troubleshooting and solving bugs, and documenting code using technologies such as TypeScript, React, Redux, and Redux Saga.

Prior to this, Lovisa worked at Teleperformance, where they held multiple roles. As an Operational Innovation Manager, they designed and implemented innovation and continuous improvement processes within operations. Lovisa also administered the organization's employee innovation portal in the Nordic region and reported on data and outcome. Previously, they served as a Product Specialist, focusing on communicating internal and client process changes and identifying training needs. Lovisa also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst and a Customer Service Agent during their time at Teleperformance.

Earlier in their career, Lovisa worked as a Waitress at Svenska Brasserier.

Lovisa Carling completed their Gymnasieexamen in Media and journalism from Klara Gymnasium Linköping. Lovisa pursued a Frontend developer field of study at Technigo from 2021 to 2022.
