Aaron Brito

Aaron Brito (MBA) has extensive experience in manufacturing and project management, currently serving as Gerente de Manufactura at Axalta since May 2015, overseeing manufacturing processes and collaborating with various operational functions. Previously held roles include Líder de Manufactura, focusing on automotive and industrial coatings, and Líder de Seguridad (EHS&S) responsible for process safety and engineering projects. Prior to Axalta, Aaron was Project Team Leader at Axalta Coating Systems, managing capital projects in compliance with safety standards, and Subgerente de Logística at Nissan Mexicana, where logistics and inventory control were managed for multiple manufacturing plants. Aaron's early career included roles in automation and quality assurance at Siemens and Vitro, respectively. Aaron holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and multiple diplomas in lean enterprise, managerial skills, and supply chain from prestigious institutions.
