Heidi van Schuppen is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and management. Currently serving as Manager Customer Service & Sales Support at Axalta since June 2021, Heidi focuses on process and product specialization in the automotive and coatings industry. Previously, Heidi held the position of Head of Customer Service at FoodBase from March 2010 to May 2021, where expertise in the bakery sector was utilized. Heidi's experience also includes serving as Secretary of the Works Council at Nederlands Bakkerij Centrum/FoodBase and managing hygiene inspections at Stichting Voedselveiligheidinspectie Wageningen. Earlier roles included Team Leader at D-reizen's call center and Manager of a vacation store. Heidi holds an MTRO degree and graduated from Christelijk Lyceum Veenendaal.
