Mark Wils

Mark Wils is a seasoned professional in logistics procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Global Category Manager for International Logistics at Axalta Coating Systems since January 2016. In this role, Mark is responsible for overseeing multiple International Logistics Procurement Categories and leads a team of local buyers, emphasizing cost savings, strategy development, total cost of ownership, process optimization, and operational excellence. Prior to Axalta, Mark held the position of Senior Sourcing Manager at Firmenich from June 2013 to January 2016, focusing on cost reductions and logistics operations. Mark's extensive experience includes serving as Vice President of Supply Chain & Procurement at Taylor Inc from March 1999 to April 2013, where responsibilities encompassed corporate procurement, strategic sourcing, global logistics, and vendor management. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and minors in Economics and International Business from Rowan University.
