Natalie Dodd has accumulated over two decades of experience in the coatings and paint industry, currently serving as the Leader of the Color Development Team at Axalta Coating Systems since August 1999, following a seamless progression within DuPont starting from Lab Technician to OEM Color Specialist and eventually to Manager of Color Submissions. Natalie's expertise encompasses advanced paint technologies and chemical skills, focusing on areas such as viscosity, color, gloss, and film build in paint development. Prior to their extensive tenure at DuPont, Natalie held positions in research and quality control across companies such as Aldo Group and Parmalat, and began their career as a Lab Technician at Environment Canada. Natalie's educational background includes studies at Cambrian College and Marymount College.
