Prameela Susarla

Prameela Susarla serves as the Vice President of Technology - Industrial at Axalta since April 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Dow, where responsibilities included directing R&D and technical services for various sectors such as polyurethanes, oil, gas, mining, and epoxy products, culminating in overseeing global teams of up to 70 professionals. Prior to Dow, positions at GE Global Research involved leading multidisciplinary teams to develop advanced technologies in cell manufacturing and high-performance materials. Academia includes a Ph.D. and M.S. in Polymer Science & Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, alongside a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from Osmania University and an Executive Education program at INSEAD.
