Gavin O'Reilly is an experienced executive with a diverse background spanning several industries. Currently serving as Chairman for The New European and Red Flag Consulting, O'Reilly plays a significant role in strategic communications and public affairs, while actively championing a pro-European perspective. Their leadership extends to positions at Axate, Wemersive, and Longbottom, as well as a directorial role at Bayard Capital. Previously, O'Reilly was Chairman for Dromoland Castle Hotel & Country Estate and Polyco, and served as CEO of The Agency Group, which became the largest independent music agency before its acquisition. O'Reilly's educational background includes a BsBA in Business Administration and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
