Caitlin Kennedy

Caitlin Kennedy is an experienced professional currently serving as an Engineering Product Manager at Axcelis Technologies since April 2023. Prior to this role, Caitlin held various positions at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, including Program Operations Manager and participation in a two-year rotational program focused on manufacturing supervision, manufacturing engineering, and program operations. Caitlin also served as the 130th President of the Union at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, overseeing the Executive Board and managing a multi-million dollar budget. Additional experience includes internships at Procter & Gamble and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, as well as a role as a Finance/Accounting Assistant at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. Caitlin holds a Master of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tufts University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Economics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
