Alicia Gronli

Alicia Gronli is a highly experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in product design, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the New Product Design & Test Engineering Manager at GE Aerospace since October 2024, Alicia previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific from May 2021 to October 2024. During an eight-year tenure at Woodward, Inc., Alicia progressed through various roles, including Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing engineering teams and overseeing servo value stream operations, as well as serving as Continuous Improvement Manager and Senior Mechanical Engineer. Earlier experiences include structural dynamics engineering roles at UTC Aerospace Systems and Hamilton Sundstrand, complemented by internships focused on testing and engineering support. Alicia holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
