Dave Shaner

Dave Shaner has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the semiconductor industry. Dave started their career at Fusion Semiconductor Corporation in 1988 and held multiple positions until 1996. Dave then joined Eaton Corporation in 1996 as a Product Support Manager, where they successfully led the 300mm Support Team and established a web-based distribution site for technical bulletins. In 2000, they joined Axcelis Technologies, initially as a Director of Global Customer Support and later as a Senior Director and Vice President. In these roles, they were responsible for directing the global support organization and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Dave also played a key role in the transition of Axcelis' CCS Division to its Beverly Massachusetts Headquarters. Overall, Dave Shaner has demonstrated strong leadership and operational skills throughout their career.

Dave Shaner has a diverse education history. Dave attended the University of Phoenix from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Business with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1990, they attended Penn State University and earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Dave has also obtained two certifications: "Becoming an Impactful and Influential Leader" from LinkedIn in February 2021, and "Getting Things Done" from LinkedIn in January 2021.
