Jill Frenette

Jill Frenette, CEBS, ISCEBS-Fellow, currently serves as the Senior Director of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS at Axcelis Technologies, a position held since July 2000. Prior to this role, Jill was the Human Resources Director at CoreTek, Inc. for a brief period, overseeing a transition after the company's acquisition by Nortel Networks. Jill also worked as the Director of Benefits at American Dental Partners from March 1999 to March 2000 and as the Benefits Manager at PictureTel Corporation from June 1988 to March 1999. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Salem State University.
