Tariq Fasheh

Tariq Fasheh has had a diverse range of roles and extensive work experience in the engineering field. Tariq began their career at Progressive Technologies in 1995, where they served as a Senior Application Engineer for the US and Europe. In 1998, they transitioned to become the Applications Engineering Group Manager and held this position until 2000.

Tariq then joined Axcelis Technologies in 2000 as a Wafer Handling Systems Engineer. Over the years, they took on increasing responsibilities, such as Product Engineering Manager in 2007, Systems Engineering Manager in 2005, and Core Team Leader in 2009. From 2011 to 2012, they held the role of Director of Implant Product Development before becoming the Director of Engineering / Core Team Leader from 2012 to 2014.

Tariq's significant accomplishments at Axcelis Technologies include being promoted to the role of Sr. Director of Engineering in 2014 and later being appointed as the VP of Engineering in 2018. Their extensive work experience showcases their expertise and leadership in engineering and product development.
