Lisa Thake

Lisa Thake has a diverse work experience starting from 1996. In their current role as the Head of Business Transformation at Axco Insurance Information, they focus on driving process and change management. Lisa works closely with functional leaders to establish effective processes and KPIs, and drives the change agenda to align with the business strategy. Prior to this, Lisa served as the Head of Operations, overseeing service and business operations, and ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients.
