Roos Spekman currently serves as the Head of New Business and Transformation Program Manager at Ecorus, focusing on strategic propositions for the energy transition through solar innovation. Prior experience includes pivotal leadership roles at Dopper, where responsibilities spanned from Country Manager for Belgium to Business Development Manager and Manager Change & Partnerships, actively promoting sustainability initiatives and expanding Dopper's impact in multiple regions. Roos co-founded and led initiatives such as Buy Social, aimed at encouraging organizations to buy from social enterprises, and has consulting experience with several firms including Kirkman Company and &samhoud. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Public Management and a Bachelor's degree in Governance and Organizational Studies from Utrecht University.
